Bildirim gelmiyor.

Sırayla şunlara bakın: (1) uygulamanın Ayarlar ekranında "Bildirimler" açık mı; (2) telefonun kendi ayarlarında BiSözVer'e bildirim izni verilmiş mi; (3) odaklanma/rahatsız etmeyin kipi bildirimi susturuyor olabilir.

Bir de şu var: iOS bir uygulamanın önceden planlayabileceği bildirim sayısını 64 ile sınırlar. BiSözVer bu yüzden 60 günlük bir kuyruk kurar ve uygulamayı her açtığınızda kuyruğu tazeler. Uygulamayı iki aydan uzun süre hiç açmazsanız bildirimler durur — bir kez açmanız yeniden başlatmaya yeter.

Bildirimdeki söz ile uygulamadaki söz neden hep aynı?

Çünkü günün sözü rastgele seçilmiyor; tarihten türetiliyor. Aynı gün herkes aynı sözü görür ve söz gün içinde değişmez. "Rastgele söz" düğmesi ise günün sözünü değiştirmeden arşivden başka bir söz gösterir.

Uygulama çevrimdışı çalışıyor mu?

Evet. 533 Türkçe ve 533 İngilizce sözün tamamı uygulamanın içinde. Uygulama hiçbir sunucuya bağlanmaz, uçak modunda da tam çalışır.

Premium ne veriyor, abonelik mi?

Abonelik değil — tek seferlik, ömürlük bir satın alma. Açtıkları: beş renk paleti, üç yazı tipi, ana ekran widget'ı, gün içinde beş hatırlatıcı, kendi sözlerinizi ekleme. Günün sözü, bildirimler, arşiv ve arama, favoriler ve paylaşma ücretsiz kalır.

I'm not getting notifications.

Check in this order: (1) is "Notifications" switched on in the app's Settings screen; (2) has Epigraph been granted notification permission in your phone's own settings; (3) a Focus or Do Not Disturb mode may be silencing it.

There is one more thing: iOS limits an app to 64 pre-scheduled notifications. Epigraph therefore keeps a 60-day queue and refreshes it every time you open the app. If you don't open the app for more than two months the reminders stop — opening it once starts them again.

Why is the quote in the notification always the same as the one in the app?

Because the quote of the day is not random; it is derived from the date. Everyone sees the same quote on the same day, and it does not change during the day. The "Random quote" button shows another quote from the archive without touching the quote of the day.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. All 533 Turkish and 533 English quotes ship inside the app. It contacts no server and works fully in airplane mode.

What does Premium unlock — is it a subscription?

It is not a subscription — it is a single, lifetime purchase. It unlocks five colour palettes, the home screen widget, the archive and search, five reminders a day, and adding your own quotes. The quote of the day, notifications, favourites and sharing stay free.

I changed my phone and Premium is gone.

Sign in with the same Apple Account, open the Premium screen in the app and tap "Restore purchases". The purchase is tied to your Apple Account; you will not be charged again.

How do I add the widget to my home screen?

Touch and hold an empty spot on the home screen, tap the + button at the top left, find Epigraph in the list, pick a size and add it. The widget shows the day's quote and its author.

How do I delete my data?

Just delete the app. Your settings, favourites and your own quotes live only on your device, so they go with it; we hold no record of you. See the privacy policy for details.
